This series focuses upon Orlando 2016 and other shootings that have occurred. When are these violent, senseless acts of hatred and indifference going to stop? Are we burying our heads in the sand to the warning signs of these individuals, who perpetrated these events into reality? I am not using facial photos in my art series. I want the families, friends, and individuals that knew these human beings to recall how they remember them through all memories of these lives that were taken. I will write the names of these people on the back of each 8"x10" canvas.
